the breakfast buffet was extensive with a wide array of options. my room was clean and well-kept. the hotel provided a welcome gift which was a nice SURPRISE. i found the location convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
i had difficulty connecting to streaming services on the television. the extra charges to watch movies and use netflix were unexpected. THE Fridge was also empty upon arrival.

the hotel features a heated outdoor pool that guests can use YEAR-ROUND. there are also several dining options including a peruvian restaurant with staff available to explain the cuisine and make recommendations, should one need guidance.

subpar lounge accessnon-working wifi
I found a couple of issues . the promised club lounge access was a letdown. It was in a temporary space that felt subpar compared to what i've experienced elsewhere. also, the wifi in my room didn't work for the first day (quite frustrating).
